We only stayed for one night and picked this hotel for convenience for us as was close to airport and close to the bus station we needed for the next day. When we arrived the lady on reception was very helpful. Our room was spacious and good value for money. They have a room on 2nd floor with free coffee/tea and noodles but we didn’t use. They also have a free shuttle service that runs until about 8pm that takes you to various places such as the lotus and the union mall. I saw a couple of reviews that mentioned trouble with grab drivers but we had two and neither of them charged us extra or found it a problem picking/dropping us off. They also have free Netflix to use in the room which was nice.

very friendly staff, super helpful!we got in quite early. exhausted after 15 hours flight. they were very kind to let us have a room right away (probably we would've gotten a better room if we had waited, but we were just too tired to wait another minute) the room we had this time was a little worn. but the bed is comfortable and a/c works, and room is clean. 😊

Everything's sparkling new. The rooms are spic and span. Free coffee and snacks are available in the common area and 4 liters of complimentary water is available as opposed to about a liter at most other hotels. The staff are very helpful and polite. The value for money is exceptional.

I've stayed here 2 times already. The staff are good. Check-in is not difficult. The room is clean, the bed is very soft, the air conditioner is cool. There is a shuttle service to the MRT/BTS as well. Very convenient, but it may be around the area. You have to try asking with the staff. Will definitely come back to stay again 🫶🏼😍 …
